correspondence is self explanatory after reading the below. As the President and
CEO of the hospital, I am asking that you please help to stop and prevent these
procedures and measures from being performed in your hospital and on innocent
patients. I am currently fighting for the safety and welfare of patient Charles
Helmer who is being forced Psychotropic drugs and forced ECT procedures at your
hospital facility.
It’s
well-documented that forced treatments fail and leave the patient severely
traumatized, isolated and secluded from society. This is no way to help patient
safety and prolong a patient's life and/or get them well again and functioning
in society.
I ask that
you please read the below correspondences and that you please protect the
patient rights of Charles Helmer. Please prolong his life with Non-Drug
treatments such as Compassion therapy, Empathy treatments and measures and
treatments that have been known to work such as working “through” the underline
problems and getting to the root causes of the things that he may have been
traumatized from or that disturbed him to begin with. These harmful and forced
measures are very unethical, leaving the patient more harmed than good. There
are certainly more severe and life-threatening risks, including death vs
any claimed benefits.
I do hope
that you have a healthy and blessed day and in the week ahead. Stay safe and
continue to uphold your ethical and practical due-diligence in protecting
patient safety and prolonging patient life and longevity.

Hi Dr Vines,
I hope you
are remaining healthy during the new Pandemic times.
I am writing
to you as Charles Helmer's advocate and to push for more compassion,
understanding, knowledge on the treatments you are mandating him to take against
his own will and performing on him involuntarily. As Charles Helmer being one of
the patients who is under your care, you should understand how important is for
you, as the doctor to protect his health and free liberty to choose what
treatments are best for him and that "he" would like to receive. Therapy is one.
A really good one actually. It's clinically documented that therapy works better
than any synthetic, mind-altering drug there is on the market. To work through
our issues and the things that prevent us from moving forward is all of our top
priorities in this life.
Two treatment
options are Non-drug treatments and Non-ECT treatments. Forcing a human being to
something he doesn't agree to is unethical. As you already know,
these Psychotropics come with more risks than benefits and have been known for
decades to cause suicide, violence, and murder amongst other serious and
life-threatening physical ailments and diseases. ECT treatments are no better.
Why are you purposely shocking another person's brain and inducing seizures upon
another? You have to ask yourself what is really ethical about these forced
harmful procedures and toxic drugs? Because of the opinion that you have formed
to deem these treatments and methods Medically-Necessary for Charles Helmer, you
are purposely cutting off his life expectancy. You have also formed an opinion
that he has a diagnosis of Schizophrenia. Forming this opinion does not justify
him being forced treatments that he does not consent to. In the United States we
have laws that govern Informed Consent. Please refer to the Informed Consent
Law. There are laws that protect patients against medical research and that is
just what this is. He is being used and his body and brain are being damaged
within this process that the State, the Hospital and yourself deemed is needed
for him. There is no evidence that forced treatments work for patients. They
actually traumatize many and they often are permanently disabled from forced
treatments.
In the United
States, we have long had a Declaration of Independence, a Constitution and God
in which this country stands under. God has given us all human rights, free
liberties and we have justice for "ALL" in this country. A matter of fact,
you should please refer back to our Pledge of Allegiance and read through it
very carefully and with an open heart. The open heart that you yourself took an
Oath under when you first became a Doctor. You promised and swore that you would
do no harm to your patients and that you would prolong human life, not
take life away or rob people of longevity. These drug "treatments" and ECT
"treatments" are contrary to Life. They are life-robbing and it is well
documented that these treatments take off at least 25 years of life expectancy
for Mental Health Patients. Our Free Liberties and Freedoms are fought for every
day by our US military. The same military that protects you against foreign and
domestics and the ones who die daily to protect "each" of our freedoms, not a
select few who believe that they have more power or control over another human
being in whom God created all equal.
Please have
compassion and empathy on Charles. In this cruel and broken world, we "need"
more compassion, empathy and listening ears. What we "don't" need is forced
treatments that are Clinically known and documented to inflict harm onto
another. Please push for this mandate to be stopped immediately. There is no
ethical or justified reason to continue these forced treatments.
I appreciate
the time that you took to read this email and I thank you in advance for
protecting Charles' freedom and free liberties to thought, speech and choice.

Hi,
I am writing
to you as Charles' advocate and to speak up that forced treatments of ECT goes
against his civil liberties and rights. Do you know of all the negative and
damaging effects of this terrible treatment and what ECT treatments can do to
the human brain and body?
This is the
United States of America. This isn’t a foreign country where a US citizen is
“mandated” and “forced” treatments that he doesn’t deserve, believe or want. He
has the same equal and human rights as every other US citizen.
There are
State and Federal laws that protect him but they are not being enforced and his
life, health and future have already been placed in jeopardy at the hands of the
US Government.
I ask that
you “Please” STOP these awful mandated treatments!! Ask yourself what do these
awful ECT treatments do for a better outcome for this young and healthy man? He
has already been traumatized severely by being forced and subjected to damaging
and disabling brain injuries and detrimentally harmed and scarred for life. ECT
harms the brain and he risks death upon these “treatments.”
Please take
this email and contact seriously and please help stop this mandate.
